Rates shown on our website are starting points and may be tailored based on the specific role, scope, and engagement type. Final pricing, billing terms, and payment methods will be confirmed with each client before an engagement begins. Payment terms, including invoicing schedules, will be outlined in your engagement agreement.

We take care to vet the talent we match with clients. If a matched team member is not the right fit, we will work with you to find a suitable replacement in line with the terms of your engagement. While we strive to ensure quality, Teambly does not guarantee specific business outcomes or results.
We respect the confidentiality of client information and expect matched talent to do the same. Additional confidentiality or non-disclosure arrangements can be put in place as part of an engagement where required.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work products created for a client during an engagement belong to the client upon full payment. The content, branding, and materials on the Teambly website remain the property of Teambly.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teambly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid for that engagement.
Either party may end an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the engagement agreement. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service where appropriate.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
